Imported oil seals and bearings are used, with a runout of ≤ 0.02mm at the shaft seal to prevent oil leakage. The pump body design includes an overflow valve with automatic overload prevention function. The pump rotor support adopts a reliable anti backlash structure and high-precision helical gears, which can operate for a long time under high pressure difference. Multiple motors to choose from: explosion-proof, variable frequency, explosion-proof variable frequency, magnetic motor, water-cooled.
The Roots vacuum pump is equipped with a pair of synchronous reverse high-speed rotating 8-shaped rotors inside the pump chamber. During operation, the two rotors produce suction and exhaust effects inside the pump chamber. This type of pump cannot exhaust separately and must be used in series with the front stage pump (such as slide valve pump, water ring pump, oil ring pump, etc.)
This type of pump is divided into two types: the ordinary ZJ type and the ZJP type with overflow valve. This type of pump is widely used in industries such as vacuum coating, chemical, food, medicine, smelting, and motor manufacturing. Especially when its front stage adopts a two-stage water ring pump, it can extract gases containing a large amount of water vapor, making it very suitable for production processes such as distillation evaporation and freeze-drying.

Roots pump cannot be used alone, only the front stage pump in series can be used. (It is recommended to use Lide LSV series single-stage rotary vane oil pump, LDV series two-stage rotary vane oil pump, LG series oil-free screw pump as the front-end pump)
